Nuvora Lifestyle – Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Times

  • We use Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries within South Africa.

  • Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

2. Shipping Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier backlogs, adverse weather, public holidays and operational disruptions.

  • Nuvora Lifestyle is not responsible for delays directly caused by the courier or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will assist customers with tracking and resolving delivery issues, and this clause does not exclude any liability or consumer rights imposed by South African law.

3. Order Processing and Tracking

  • Customers will receive available tracking information once their order has been dispatched or registered with the courier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details. Incorrect information may cause delays or additional delivery arrangements.

4. Failed Deliveries

  • Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that their contact details remain accessible.

  • If a delivery fails, customers should contact us so that we can help arrange the next steps with Aramex. Any additional charges will be communicated in advance and applied only where lawful.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

  • We will investigate the issue with Aramex and work towards a resolution. Customers retain any rights provided by South African consumer law.
